These buffaloes have unique characteristics such as black skin, curly horns and large udder. The buffalo milk is widely popular especially in Italy where buffalo milk will be specifically used to produce Mozzarella cheese. The two main factors that distinguish buffalo milk from other animal milk are its higher percentage of protein/fat and its lower cholesterol concentration. Afterwards depart for Prachin Buri, with a stop en route to visit Sa Morakot Ancient Site located in Wat Morakot, these are gigantic Buddhist sites and the most fascinating attraction is the largest and oldest Buddha footprints which were carved on the natural laterite floor dated between 13th to 15th centuries B.E.
