Day 1:Arrive Ho Chi Minh City (D)
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Meet your Viet Legend Travel guide and transfer to hotel . The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2 Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/D)

A full day city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, takes in the war museum, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, the History Museum, a lacquerware factory, Thien Hau Pagoda and Binh Tay Market in the city's bustling chinatown.
Overnight Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3 Ho Chi Minh City-Tay Ninh-Cu Chi-Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/D)

Enjoy a morning drive through typical southern Vietnamese countryside to Tay Ninh Province in the west of Vietnam. At Tay Ninh visit the incredible Cao Dai Great Temple, with architecture that could have come straight from a Walt Disney fantasy and where all the major faiths of the world blend together in a unique religious cocktail.
In the afternoon visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 4 Ho Chi Minh City-Vinh Long-Can Tho (B/L/D)
Leave Ho Chi Minh City after breakfast for Vinh Long. On arrival at Cai Be board a boat to explore the floating market, typical of the Mekong Delta. Continue by boat to Binh Hoa Phuoc Island to visit orchards of tropical and have lunch in the garden house .
After lunch continue by boat to Vinh Long and Return to Can Tho in the late afternoon.
Check into Hotel on arrival in Can Tho.
Overnight in Can Tho

Day 5 Can Tho-Chau Doc (B/L/D)
After breakfast, board a boat to explore Cai Rang floating market, the biggest market in Mekong Delta. check out the hotel then head northwest to Chau Doc, situated on the Cambodian border.
Transfer Hotel on arrival. In the afternoon take a boat to visit the farms where fish are bred in wooden cages suspended under floating houses on the river. Continue by boat to visit a village of stilt houses belonging to the Cham minority where colourful traditional textiles are woven on old wooden looms. Return to the dry land in time to drive up Sam Mountain to watch the sun set over the Cambodian border.

Day 6 Chau Doc-Phnom Penh by speed boat(B/L/D)

After breakfast board speed boat to Phnom Penh. Visa formalities take about 45 minutes at the border and Cambodian visas must be issued before hand, as they are not available on the border at the present time. Continue by river to Phnom Penh with soft lunch on board. Upon arrival meet your Viet Legend Travel guide and transfer to hotel. This city was once considered one of the most beautiful in the Orient, and despite its recent turbulent history it still retains a colonial charm. A city tour includes the National Museum, the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom.
Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 7 Phnom Penh-Siem Reap by Express bus(B/L/D)
After breakfast, Transfer by private vehicle to bus office for the morning bus to Siem Reap. Siem Reap is the base for exploring the fabled temples of Angkor, the ancient capital of the Khmer empire. Transfer to hotel on arrival by private vehiecl before visiting the Roluos Group of temples including Preah Ko, Ba Kong and Lo Lei. In the afternoon visit the magnificent 12th century Angkor Wat. Return to hotel after watching the sun set over Angkor Wat.
Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 8 Siem Reap (B/L/D)

An optional early start to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Return to the hotel for breakfast. A morning tour of the temples includes the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon, Baphoun, the Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King.
In the afternoon continue to Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, Chau Say Tevoda, Thommanon, and the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. The day ends with a sunset at Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 09 Depart Siem Reap –Luang Prabang(B/L/D)

After breakfast, a transfer to Siem Reap Airport for the onward departure flight to Luang Prabang .The ancient first capital of Lane Xang kingdom, the center of religious life in Laos and today the World Heritage City.
Arrive in Luang Prabang and transfer to our hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, we take a sightseeing tour of the sacred city of temples, of which nearly fifty temples still remain in the town and surrounding areas. Visit Wat Visoun, the 16th century temple served as a small museum for religious artifacts; Wat Aham, the early 19th century temple, whose two guardian figures at the foot of the steps which represent two characters from the Ramayana - Hanuman, the Monkey God and a fierce Yaksa; Wat Xiengthong, the 16th century temple which, more than any temples in Luang Prabang, epitomizes all the elegance and grace of Luang Prabang architecture; Phousi Hill, the 328 steps leads to the summit of Phousi hill that dominates the sky-line of Luang Prabang overlooking the finest panoramic view in the whole Luang Prabang.

Day 10 LUANG PRABANG - PAK OU CAVE (B/L/D)
Following breakfast, we depart hotel to the boat landing, and take an excursion (a few hours) by boat, upstream on the Mekong to visit Pak Ou cave in the side of a lime stone cliff and opposite of the mouth of the Mekong and Ou rivers. The sanctuaries at Pak Ou consist of two large caves, both repositories for thousands of Buddha images, which range from mere centimeter to two meters in height. En route, Lao typical villages are barely visible behind a screen of foliage. Slender canoes bobbing by the shore, bamboo poles and floats mark the location of nets and fish traps. Our first stop will be at Ban Muangkeo, a well-known village for Lao traditional rice whisky, namely Laoh-Khao to be distilled. We are welcome to taste it and also take away. Lunch is served at a riverside restaurant. We arrive back at Luang Prabang in late afternoon, and continue to drive outskirt of town to visit Ban Xangkhong, a well-known village for its wood paper making and also Lao silk weavings with natural dyes

Day 11 LUANG PRABANG – VIENTIANE (B/L/D)flight
After breakfast , we visit The National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign, and the Central Market are not to be missed. we visit these sights , this morning before we catch a flight back to Vientiane .
Upon arrival , we see the major temples including the oldest Wat Sisaket , a temple of thusands of miniature Budha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image . On the way to the famous , sacred structure of That Luang Stupa , we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument , which is Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph, sunset by Mekong riverside and late evening ,
overnight in Vientiane .

Day 12 VIENTIANE – DEPARTURE (B)

After breakfast, we visit the Morning Market and the weaving village of Ban Nong Bouathong ( if time permits) The tour ends after your transfer to Wattay airport or Friendship Bridge for departure.
